A 20-year veteran of the marine construction industry, Brett has built a distinguished career over his 14 years with Caldwell Marine. Starting out as a project engineer and steadily rising through the ranks to VP, he now oversees all Caldwell project operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and operational excellence that meet the highest quality standards.
With hands-on experience across all phases of marine construction, along with strong leadership and a dedication to continuous improvement, Brett is a respected leader in the field and an active member of both the ADCI and the Oceantic Network.
Brett earned his degree in ocean engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
