With JAG Companies for 35+ years, Marcelo serves as both chief financial officer and secretary-treasurer, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s financial strategies. From his unique perspective – a financial expert versed in construction operations – he guides strategic decision-making from financial planning and investment priorities to managing risk, including the JAG Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team.
Both federally and state certified in safety and construction program development and compliance, he is also active in a number of professional organizations including the Construction Financial Management Association.
Marcelo earned his degree in accounting and computer science from Rutgers University.
