After beginning her career as a heavy machine operator and safety assistant, Laycie grew quickly into leadership roles like her current one. Instrumental in developing company safety programs, her responsibilities range from site safety inspections and incident investigations to training initiatives and managing safety budgets. In addition, her knowledge of the KPA Flex EHS platform has helped further streamline JAG safety management processes.
Laycie is certified as a Construction Health Safety Technician and OSHA 500 Trainer, along with certifications in First Aid & CPR Training, and Mine Safety and Health.
