A tunneling and microtunneling specialist, Ray began his trenchless career in 1991 and has since been involved in every facet of the underground construction industry, including executive leadership, project management, estimating, design and inspection services, and sales. He’s accomplished trenchless methods from EPB segmental tunneling to rib and board, jack and bore, and diverse shaft construction techniques.
Working across varying geotechnical conditions, he has successfully overseen projects up to $440 million and tunnel diameters from 10 inches to more than 21 feet.
A member of the Gulf Coast Contractors Association, NAMA and NASTT, Ray holds a B.S. in construction engineering technology from Louisiana Tech University.
