A New York-licensed professional engineer with 35+ years in the heavy civil construction industry, Rob brings deep expertise in civil engineering, estimating, project management and strategic operations to his dual roles. Since joining the company in 2012, he has played a central role in shaping its direction as well as fostering collaboration and mentoring future leaders.
As chief construction officer, he is responsible for aligning construction practices across the companies, executing the JAG strategic plan and implementing the integrated management systems.
Rob earned his mechanical engineering degree from the City College of New York and his MBA in finance from Adelphi University.
