Roly followed his father’s footsteps into the construction industry, joining the company in 2001. Throughout his career, he’s held a variety of field and office positions from superintendent and project manager to legal counsel and executive VP. In 2011 he was named president and CEO of JAG Companies. Relishing his time in the field, Roly works side-by-side with tradespeople and managers, exemplifying the company’s core values.
As a board member/trustee of the UTCA, ACCNJ, GCA-NY and the Moles, he leads by example. As a husband, father, mentor and sportsman, he believes strongly in family and community.
Roly earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law–Newark.
